We source our candidates from employee referrals, internal candidates, applications via our website, Recruitment platform and recruiters.

2、How often does Spectron check its candidates list?

We generally check our list every one two days.Should there be an opportunity to work with you , we'll contact you.  You can also call the Spectron or email the Human Resources team,or send your resume to the recruitment platform.
